Help us build the next world-class venue.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOversee multiple concurrent construction projects (Sports facility construction including civil and post tension concrete construction) valued at $5M+, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget expectations \nLead project buyout and subcontractor contract management \nServe as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions \nSupervise and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth \nRefine and optimize internal project management tools, templates, and procedures to improve efficiency and standardization \nAnalyze historical project data and KPIs to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive continuous improvement across teams \nEnsure consistent use of digital project management platform (Procore) to maintain project documentation and reporting integrity. \nTravel to and between the job sites as needed for development of plans, relationships, and overall project design needs (90% in office and 10% in field Mid-West area) \nWhat you need for success:\n10+ years of construction (civil and post-tension concrete construction) project management experience, with proven leadership on projects exceeding $5 million in value.\nExperience in Sports facility construction is a plus.\nStrong team leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.\nExpertise in planning, coordinating, and executing construction tasks in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets; skilled at troubleshooting issues through a team-focused approach.\nProficiency with Procore is required.\nASBA or PTI certification is preferred.\nPMP certification is preferred.\nExcellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.\nFlexibility to adapt to changing conditions on-site, such as weather delays, material shortages, or changes in project scope.\nWhat you can expect:\nA culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spirit\nLeadership that invests in your growth and career development\nOpportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillset\nRecognition and rewards for your contributions and achievements\nA fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impact\nSound like your kind of team?\nIf you’re ready to bring your passion and talent to a company that champions your future, we want to hear from you.
