If interested, please complete our application. \nWho we’re looking for \nThe SMB Account Executives (SMB AE) for Fieldwire are responsible for driving net new revenue working with a wide range of SMB accounts within the construction industry. \nFieldwire is looking for our latest SMB Account Executive who has a balanced mix of construction and SaaS experience. The SMB AE works as a Team with sales management and Construction solutions specialist team to manage qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close-won business. \nThe SMB AE will build a pipeline from a mixture of outbound and inbound, through an array of prospecting activities including calls, emails, demonstration requests, etc. to create a significant pipeline of qualified opportunities. \nWhat you’ll be doing \nThe primary responsibilities for the Mid Market Account Executive are:\nAchieve monthly, quarterly quota and annual quota \nBuild and maintain pipeline 3x the size of quota \nCreate, demo, nurture, and close deals through inbound prospecting \nMaster the ability to evangelize the Fieldwire story \nBe an expert in the competitive landscape \nAt Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Account Executive to have the following skills and experiences: \nMinimum 1 - 2 years of SaaS sales experience; experience in a closing role is a plus \nExperience managing contract values above £10,000 ARR \nPrevious experience selling Construction software is a BIG plus \nSuccessful track record of achieving quota \nSelf-driven and highly motivated to achieve success \nExperience working with and negotiating with executive level contacts \nAbility to confidently and effectively speak with prospects at multiple levels & building consensus \nUndersatnding of BANT & MEDDICC \nExperience in sales motion from the ground up through constructive feedback, piloting and iteration \nExcellent diagnostic, communication and presentation skills \nSelf-aware \nCoachable & confident \nDo what it takes mentality \nCompetitive & curious \nGoal & process-oriented \nWhy Fieldwire? \nThe field-first construction platform for less busywork and more building.
