With around 32,000 team members in over 120 countries, we offer you an environment in which you can grow, prove yourself and shape your career. \nWhat you’ll be doing\nThe primary responsibilities for our next Customer Success Manager will be to:\nBecome a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform.\nUnderstand client construction needs and current tech stack in order to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into a company’s day-to-day workflows. \nManage a portfolio of customers (new and existing) to help improve their Fieldwire usage and processes. \nBuild and maintain long-lasting relationships with Fieldwire clients. \nConduct web-based and in-person training(s) and demonstrations to educate clients on Fieldwire. \nAssist the product team in identifying issues and communicating customer feedback for product improvements. \nTroubleshoot, as necessary, to help communicate answers to product questions and resolve technical issues. \nAt Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Customer Success Manager to have the following skills and experiences: \n3+ years of professional construction experience, preferably with a combination of field and office management roles; with local construction experience in Germany\nFluency in German and English \nLocation based in Austria \nExcellent presentation and communication skills \nSelf-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management skills \nDiplomacy and patience when working through customer issues \nComfortable communicating with anyone, from tradesmen to senior-level managers \n basic understanding of construction process from design to completion \nAn understanding of how all the different parties on a construction project interact and how they work with each other to drive a successful schedule/budget \nAbility to creatively brainstorm unique solutions to client issues relevant to their needs \nDesire to learn in a dynamic startup environment \nCore competencies: \nRelationship building\nProblem solving (industry knowledge -> concise/actionable recommendations)\nPlanning and organization\nAdaptability \nCommunication\nWhy Fieldwire?\nThe field-first construction platform for less busywork and more building.
