If interested, please complete our application.\nWho we’re looking for\nFieldwire is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our footprint in the construction industry by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to break into tech sales, learn from a high-performing team, and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.\nAs an SDR at Fieldwire, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to drive top-of-funnel activity and create a pipeline for our Account Executive team. You’ll leverage a combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and industry research to connect with decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and position Fieldwire as a valuable solution.\nThe primary responsibilities for our next Sales Development Representative will be to:\nQualify and engage inbound leads from our Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns as well as current Hilti customers. \nConduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunities\nIdentify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies\nSchedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team\nCollaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build strong pipeline\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (Salesforce)\nLearn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform\nStay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape\nConsistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals\nWe’re looking for you to have the following skills and experiences:\n0-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role\nCoachable, curious, and motivated by results\nStrong communication skills - written and verbal\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment\nExperience with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce) a plus\nInterest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus\nThis SDR role is a foundational part of our sales organization, with a clear growth path into Account Executive or other customer-facing roles. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
