You'll play a key role in supporting our recruiting and HR efforts, from coordinating interviews to onboarding new hires. If you're resourceful, enjoy working with people, and have a knack for making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we'd love to meet you!\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments, managing calendars and communication with candidates and hiring managers.\nSupport the full recruitment process, from interview scheduling through onboarding.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and track hiring activity within our applicant tracking system (ATS).\nProactively follow up with candidates and hiring teams to keep the recruitment process moving.\nAssist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and general HR administrative tasks.\nSupport employee record management and HRIS updates.\nGain exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, and other recruiting activities as you grow in the role.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and keep the Talent team organized and efficient.\nRequirements\n1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, or general administrative support.\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExperience coordinating interviews and managing multiple calendars.\nA proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nA genuine interest in recruiting and a desire to grow into a larger talent acquisition role.\nExperience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.\nExperience in an advertising agency or pharmaceutical/healthcare environment is a plus.\nPay Range:$60,000-
