While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nApply knowledge of consumer banking products and financial need assessment tools to create a memorable customer experience and help customers achieve their financial goals\nUse of the consultative approach with current customers to uncover and identify their needs while tailoring recommendations/solutions\nMaintain a well-developed, working knowledge of products, services, and processes offered\nWork collaboratively with internal partners to ensure customer's needs are met\nFollow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, modeling the ethical behavior expected from every employee within the Bancorp\nOther duties as assigned\nMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:\nHigh School Diploma/GED and 1 year customer service or call center experience, or college degree or equivalent military experience\nDemonstrate ability to develop comfort level with managing customer experience and financial consultation over the phone\nAbility to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication\nDemonstrated ability in making sound decisions\nThis position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
