While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWorks under the guidance of the Private Banker and other specialists to ensure the Private Banking client experience is delivered.\nIn conjunction with the Private Banker ensures service standards and metrics are met based on client banking needs.\nTakes ownership for resolving client banking issues and notifies Private Banker of status /resolution.\nAssists Private Bankers in the administration of their client relationships.\nMay often act as a primary point of contact for the administrative needs of our Private Banking clients.\nIdentifies opportunities and cross-sells basic banking products and services to their assigned clients.\nParticipates in the Life360 Process as requested.\nDelivers high level of service while maintaining bank integrity, and abiding by both corporate and industry regulations.\nFollows documented banking procedures.\nEffectively works with internal business partners (e.g., call center, funding desk, consumer underwriting, etc.).\nThis position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System\nMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:\nAssociate degree or BS/BA is preferred.\nBrings a minimum of 3 years of successful banking/client service experience in retail, commercial, business, private banking, and/or client services industry.\nExperienced operating in an environment that stresses both individual accountability and team-based performance.\nExhibits a sense of urgency in a results-driven environment.\nStrong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.\nAdapts quickly in dealing with an ever-changing banking environment.\nUses effective problem solving skills to resolve client issues.\nComputer / Technical: Ability to use all Microsoft Office software including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nKnowledge of the Fifth Third banking systems is preferred.\nPBS Sr. Client AssociateTotal Base Pay Range 45,100.00 - 85,600.00 USD AnnualAt Fifth Third, we understand the importance of recognizing our employees for the role they play in improving the lives of our customers, communities and each other.
