While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssists with preparation of Regulation 9 real estate reviews.\nAssists with obtaining title insurance and appraisals.\nParticipates on client sales and service calls as needed.\nFrequent interaction with other areas of Trust and the Bank.\nProvides back-up support with client communication and problem solving.\nFosters positive professional and customer relationships.\nEnsures smooth transition as client moves among service models.\nWorks with Administrative Service Group (ASG) to process real estate related bills.\nProvides necessary maintenance/interfaces for trust and real estate accounting systems.\nPro-active with a sense of urgency for client services and completion of projects/tasks.\nWorks with multiple managers with need to balance priority.\nAssists with property inspections and with meeting third-party vendors in outside locations.\nLearns basic knowledge of Real Estate and Fiduciary Law.\nProvides oversight for a geographically dispersed and diverse portfolio of 130+ residential, commercial farmland and vacant land properties.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.\nMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:\nHigh School or GED equivalent required.\nAssociate Degree preferred.\nTrust Real Estate Administrator or related experience preferred.\nProficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.\nStrong technical skills in order to provide system administration and support.\nDetail oriented and good problem solving skills.\nDeep consideration for success of team members and support for the mission of the organization.\nUnderstanding of company policies, procedures and operations.\nEffective customer relations.\nUnique Asset AssociateTotal Base Pay Range 48,100.00 - 96,200.00 USD AnnualAt Fifth Third, we understand the importance of recognizing our employees for the role they play in improving the lives of our customers, communities and each other.
