This role requires excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills. \nResponsibilities: \nPlan and lead the development of use cases for our humanoid robots.\n\nBuild and execute operations and test plans for various types of deployments.\n\nDrive product & feature development and testing based on use case roadmaps and field feedback.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree.\n\n3-6 years of work experience.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.\n\nExperience defining team strategy and multiyear growth plan.\n\nExcellent judgment, team leadership, and execution in high-pressure situations.\n\nAbility to own workflows and drive progress autonomously.\n\nCustomer-facing experience.\n\nBonus Qualifications: \nExperience with automation/robotics integration and deployment, e-commerce operations, technical or engineering consulting, and/or technical program management.\n\nExperience with onsite, hands-on new technology development, testing, and iterative improvement.\n\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 to $220,000 per year.\nThe pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role.
