In summary, you’ll work closely with the Information Technology team as a whole, help expand our HQ presence by providing IT support on-site and using remote tools as necessary amongst different buildings within HQ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong professionalism in delivering excellent customer service, using sound judgment for timely problem resolution. They should understand office culture, maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, and possess 1+ years of IT Support experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac troubleshooting skills.\nResponsibilities:\nDocument, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner through common customer request methods (Ticketing Systems, Chat Software, Email, etc).\n\nSupport Lifecycle in the Onboarding/Offboarding of Figure employees.\n\nMaintain inventory of equipment and other IT assets and ensure compliance standards are followed.\n\nSupport common IT services: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, security hardware, etc…\n\nMaintain relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.\n\nBe an advocate of knowledge sharing across IT and the company.\n\nProvide AV Operational support in our conference room spaces and phone booths.\n\nProvide event related support in conference rooms and large meeting rooms spaces.\n\nMaintenance and upkeep of printer related requests.\n\nRequirements:\n1+ years of experience providing support in a corporate environment.\n\nLinux, Mac, and Windows troubleshooting skills.\n\nBasic knowledge of Windows 10/11 PC hardware, Linux software troubleshooting, and Mac environment and hardware troubleshooting.\n\nNetwork baseline knowledge such as network configurations, VPN provisioning and troubleshooting, etc…\n\nProficiency in video conference (Google Meets/Zoom).\n\nBonus Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, and Zoom.\n\nExperience with a ticketing support platform such as JIRA.\n\nExtensive knowledge of Mac OS, iOS and Apple hardware, Windows 10/11, Linux Ubuntu versions.\n\nStrong customer service, problem solving, and teamwork abilities.\n\nExperience operating within a globally relevant, fast paced enterprise environment.\n\nDetail-oriented and process-driven, specifically with regard to process and policy standard documenting.\n\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year.\nThe pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
