You will support the sales team and Field Service Engineers with service contracts, maintenance and service interventions.\nYou will combine technical understanding with commercial skills to ensure our customers receive a fast, professional and high-quality service.\nYour responsibilities\nHandle and follow up on service requests from customers, sales and Field Service Engineers.\n\nPrepare quotations based on customer requirements and technical information.\n\nProactively follow up quotations by phone, email and video calls.\n\nMonitor service contracts and maintenance schedules and proactively contact customers when action is required.\n\nEnsure Field Service Engineers have all the necessary information before an intervention.\n\nCreate and maintain customer contacts, quotations and orders in Salesforce (SFDC).\n\nEnsure correct follow-up of changes, additional work and any required credit notes.\n\nWork closely with Regional Sales Managers and Field Service Engineers.\n\nContribute to a strong customer-first approach and build long-term customer relationships.\n\nAbout you\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent through a combination of technical and commercial experience.\n\nExperience in inside sales, sales support or service support, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.\n\nGood technical understanding and the ability to understand customer applications and requirements.\n\nAnalytical, accurate, proactive and solution-oriented.\n\nStrong communication and commercial skills.\n\nFluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.\n\nGood IT skills; experience with Salesforce/SFDC is a plus.\n\nExperience reading electrical and mechanical drawings or working with industrial safety systems is an advantage.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nSomeone who enjoys combining technology and sales, takes initiative and enjoys helping customers find the right solution.
