In this high-visibility role within our HR team, you won’t just fill requisitions-you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, brand ambassador on school campuses, and matchmaker for top-tier talent.\nWhat You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)\nBe the Hiring Advisor: Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation teams to define staffing needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.\n\nSource & Engage Top Talent: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and creative sourcing methods to discover, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates.\n\nDeliver an outstanding Candidate Experience: Lead phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, guide candidates through the hiring process, extend formal offers, and make every candidate feel valued.\n\nChampion Campus & University Recruiting: Organize and participate in campus career fairs, student presentations, classroom visits, and interview days to build Fike’s early-career pipeline.\n\nKeep Operations Smooth & Compliant: Manage job board administration, maintain accurate tracking in our ATS, conduct stay/exit interviews, and ensure full compliance with EEO and employment laws.\n\nWhat You Bring (Job Qualifications)\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience) paired with 1-2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.\n\nProficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office, along with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.\n\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact credibly across all levels of the organization.\n\nPractical understanding of HR legislation, EEO/AAP policies, and employment standards.\n\nAbility to travel locally for daytime events (campus visits, high school/trade events), with occasional overnight travel.\n\nPreferred Highlights:\nManufacturing or global industry experience.\n\nTechnical recruiting background.\n\nProfessional HR Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).\n\nWhy Join Fike?\nWhen you join Fike, you join a team that values innovation, quality, safety, and collaboration.
