What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Be the Hiring Advisor: Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation teams to define staffing needs and build tailored recruitment strategies. Source & Engage Top Talent: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and creative sourcing methods to discover, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates. Deliver an outstanding Candidate Experience: Lead phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, guide candidates through the hiring process, extend formal offers, and make every candidate feel valued. Champion Campus & University Recruiting: Organize and participate in campus career fairs, student presentations, classroom visits, and interview days to build Fike’s early-career pipeline.
