Reporting to our Chief Product & Technology Officer, you'll use AI agents as a core part of how the work gets done, while staying accountable for what ships. You'll help build the document collection platform that commercial lenders rely on to move loans forward, working in a team of peers where no one is a bottleneck. As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for great people who want to grow with us.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDeliver new features, capabilities, bug fixes and security improvements across the whole stack, including reliable integrations with the systems our customers already use.\nTake work through the full lifecycle, from discovery and customer conversations through to design, build, test, deployment and support.\nDirect agent-driven development: plan and specify the work, run agents in parallel, manage context and build verification loops that give you confidence in what ships.\nOwn how your work runs in production, including monitoring, performance and incident response.\nChampion secure coding and support our SOC 2 Type II and GDPR commitments, recognising the sensitive financial documents our customers trust us with.\nContribute to technical planning, estimation and architectural decisions, and look for ways to reduce technical debt.\nWork closely with product and quality colleagues, pair or swarm on harder problems, and share the techniques and tooling that work so the whole team gets better.\nAbout you\nThere's no minimum number of years for this role. It's open to people at different career stages, and we'll focus on what you can do and how you work. You'll be comfortable running solo when the work calls for it and collaborating well when it gets complex. You treat colleagues with respect, share what you know and build things the team can maintain.\nYou'll bring:\nA track record of shipping production software across frontend, backend, data and infrastructure, with real depth in one area and practical competence in the rest.\nHands-on experience with a server-side web framework, a modern JavaScript UI framework and a major cloud platform.
