continuously improve runbooks, documentation,\nand engineering standards.\n\nTake ownership of technical initiatives from design through implementation, develop deepexpertise in critical areas of the Filevine platform, and communicate clearly with technical\nand business stakeholders.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platformengineering, DevOps, or related technical roles, including at least 2 years in a Site Reliability\nEngineering or reliability-focused role.\n\nWorking knowledge of distributed systems and how applications, infrastructure, and cloudservices interact in production; demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues,\nperform root cause analysis, and drive long-term reliability improvements.\n\nProficiency with Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages; experience buildingproduction tooling, automation, or CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\n\nHands-on experience operating Kubernetes-based workloads and cloud infrastructure inAWS or a comparable platform, including compute, container orchestration, networking,\nIAM, object storage, and cloud-native monitoring.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or AWSCloudFormation, and familiarity with modern observability practices including monitoring,\nlogging, alerting, distributed tracing, and incident response.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, acceleratetroubleshooting, or automate operational tasks;
