Lever (ATS), ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely follow-ups\nPersonally conduct candidate screenings and coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, feedback collection, offer calls, and onboarding handoff\nActively source experienced technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build qualified pipelines\nMaintain and nurture candidate pipelines through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and market research\nEvaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment, maintaining quality while moving quickly\nAdjust sourcing approaches and execution plans to keep pace with high-volume, fast-moving hiring goals\nQualifications\n3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally supporting high-volume, fast-growing teams\nStrong understanding of technical roles, including programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering practices\nProven ability to manage 10-15 open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization, quality, and responsiveness\nHighly organized self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills\nComfortable working independently and driving results with minimal direction\nAbility to be transparent, candid, and consultative with both internal stakeholders and external candidates\nExperience thriving in an agile, rapidly changing environment\nSkilled in conducting a range of interview types, including structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews\nNice-to-Have\nExperience recruiting for SaaS, AI or product-led organizations\nPast experience in an agency environment, or high-volume in-house role\nExperience mentoring or supporting junior
