You’ll play a key role at the intersection of technical expertise and client enablement by running demos, delivering workshops, building prototypes, and translating customer needs into integrated technical solutions.\nYour work will directly support our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams by enabling strong adoption, trust, and long-term success with Filigran’s ecosystem.\nYour Responsibilities\nDeliver technical and functional guidance to key prospects and customers\n\nBuild and run product demonstrations and workshops tailored to use cases\n\nDesign technical solutions aligned to customer architecture and business goals\n\nLead successful Proof-of-Value (PoV) deployments and maintain healthy environments\n\nSupport smooth handovers from Sales to Customer Success\n\nRepresent Filigran as a technical advisor in client discussions, from dev teams to C-level\n\nContribute to technical documentation, training, and integration projects\n\nMaintain strong relationships with the OpenCTI community and users\n\nWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to feed back insights and influence the roadmap\n\nWho You’ll Work With\nReports to the CRO or Head of Presales (depending on region)\n\nWorks cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering\n\nCollaborates closely with leadership (CEO, CRO) on go-to-market strategies\n\nEngages with community members and technical users of our open source platforms\n\nProfile We’re Looking For\n5+ years in a Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Presales role\n\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity or crisis management topics\n\nAbility to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders\n\nExperience leading workshops, technical trainings, or product demos\n\nComfortable operating in a remote-first, fast-paced, and collaborative environment\n\nFluent in French and English\n\nBonus: Prior experience in threat intelligence, SOC, breach and attack simulation/pentesting or public sector cybersecurity\n\nWhy Join Filigran?
