electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other property systems. \nRespond promptly to guest room, public area, and operational maintenance concerns. \nConduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability. \nTroubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize operational downtime. \nEnsure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and hotel engineering procedures. \nMonitor utility consumption and support initiatives for energy conservation and cost efficiency. \nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and service reports. \nCoordinate with other departments to address engineering-related concerns and operational requirements. \nAssist in emergency response procedures and ensure proper handling of technical issues. \nEnsure all engineering tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and organized. \nSupport renovation, repair, and improvement projects as required. \nJob Qualifications:\nGraduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course. \nLicensed Engineer is an advantage. \nAt least 2-3 years of experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, building maintenance, or related field. \nKnowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and general property maintenance. \nFamiliarity with preventive maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques. \nKnowledge of safety standards, occupational safety practices, and basic environmental compliance. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. \nAbility to work independently and respond effectively to emergency situations. \nGood communication and coordination skills. \nWilling to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs when
