programs/projects have resource allocation\n\nPromote a continuous improvement process mindset\n\nEnsure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines\n\nLead software development teams to deliver high-quality applications\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.\n\nResponsible and has oversight on the projects/programs (updates, risks, challenges, help needed)\n\nEscalate issues to upper management as necessary\n\nConducts retrospective and knowledge sharing across the solution delivery team\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates\n\nActs as 2ndlevel escalation and address any resistance, conflicting priorities through structured dialogue and escalation paths\n\nCollaboration across One Tech leadership on strategic and tactical initiatives\n\nManage CSAT and delivery metrics- achieve targets, formulate strategies and work with BU’s\nTeam and People Management\nAdministrative\n\nAccountable for the career path, opportunities, trainings, certifications\n\nAccountable for administrative/people related concerns\n\nConducts coaching, mentoring and performance feedback (at least once a month)\n\nEnsure adherence and
