Learning Delivery\nFacilitate engaging and effective learningsessions (classroom, virtual, or blended) for employees at various levels\nof the organization.\n\nLead onboarding programs for new hires, ensuringa smooth transition into the company’s culture and processes.\n\nServe as a subject matter expert in delivering core,compliance and functional skills training.\n\nMonitor participant engagement and providereal-time feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.\n\nConduct post-training assessments and provideactionable recommendations to enhance future sessions.\n\nEvaluate the effectiveness of external trainingvendors and recommend improvements when applicable.\n\n2. Learning Operations\nOversee end-to-end program logistics, includingscheduling, enrollment, venue setup, and technology support.\n\nEnsure accurate and timely preparation oftraining materials, resources, and participant communications.\n\nMaintain and update training records, attendance,and completion metrics in the Learning Management System (LMS).\n\nCoordinate with internal and externalstakeholders, such as facilitators, vendors, and subject matter experts,\nto ensure seamless program execution.\n\nManage program evaluations and generate reportsthat assess the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives.\n\n3.
