The position coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers, clients, and government agencies throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining effective project governance, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.Duties and Responsibilities\nProject Planning, Execution & Site Management\nPlan, coordinate, and manage the execution of water, wastewater, sewage treatment, and utility infrastructure projects from mobilization through commissioning\nDevelop project execution strategies, construction methodologies, work plans, and resource requirements aligned with project objectives\nLead site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and technical personnel to achieve project milestones\nDevelop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools\nConduct regular coordination meetings to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of project activities\nMonitor project performance against approved cost, schedule, quality, safety, and environmental objectives\nContractor, Cost & Contract Administration\nManage project costs within approved budgets while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste\nReview, validate, and recommend approval of contractor progress billings and work accomplishment reports\nEvaluate and recommend contractor requests for Variation Orders (VO), Time Extensions (TE), and Time Suspensions (TS)\nReview contractor technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and construction documentation\nMonitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project governance requirements\nSafeguard company assets and maintain effective control of project materials and inventories\nConstruction Supervision, Quality & HSE Management\nSupervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules\nMonitor implementation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements\nCoordinate inspections, testing, punch listing, commissioning, and project close-out activities\nIdentify construction risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions\nEnsure project execution complies with applicable engineering codes, environmental regulations, and company safety standards\nStakeholder Coordination & Client Management\nEstablish and maintain productive relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, local government units, regulatory agencies, estate management, and other stakeholders\nIdentify project risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to protect company interests\nFacilitate technical discussions, project meetings, and coordination activities with internal and external stakeholders\nRepresent the company during project coordination, progress reviews, and client meetings\nProject Reporting, Documentation & Administrative Management\nPrepare and submit weekly, monthly, and milestone project progress reports\nMaintain accurate project documentation, correspondence, schedules, cost records, and engineering documentation\nMonitor project KPIs and prepare management reports\nManage project administrativeactivities, including document control, permits, approvals, and project close-out documentation\nPerform all other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.\nTechnical Competencies and Skills\nProject Management - Plan, coordinate, and control engineering and construction projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives • Construction Management - Supervise construction activities, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and project requirements • Contract Administration - Review contractor billings, technical submittals, variation orders, time extensions, and contractual documentation while ensuring commercial and contractual compliance • Cost & Schedule Management - Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, resource utilization, and project performance using recognized project management tools • Water & Wastewater Infrastructure - Demonstrate working knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, sewage treatment, pumping stations, pipelines, and related utility infrastructure • Quality Assurance & Quality Control - Ensure project deliverables comply with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, inspection requirements, and quality standards• Health, Safety & Environmental Management - Apply HSE policies, construction safety regulations, and environmental compliance requirements throughout project execution • Risk Management - Identify project risks, evaluates impacts, and implements mitigation measures to minimize schedule, technical, and operational risks • Stakeholder & Client Management -
