complied, ensuring awareness of all aspects of construction activity in order to provide quality assurance and safety standard.Duties and Responsibilities\nQUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL\nDevelop Quality Assurance standard, process and methodology\nEnsure that activities are performed in compliance with the standard procedure and methodology\nEnsure that products meet customer expectation and standards\nAdhere to quality and safety standards\nCan identify defects and recommend corrective actions\nRecord and reports defects, issues and concerns\nEnsure work progresses according to schedule\nFacilitate and witnesstesting and commissioning of MEPFS Equipment\nDOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING\nView and evaluate plans and specifications and call the attention of the concern parties\nAttend coordination meetings to resolve project issues and concerns\nMonitors all issued non conformances, site observations and punchlists\nAssess and check progress billings and change orders\nProcess and sign Certificate of Completion\nEnsure that the project implementation complied with the local government unit, requirement, rules\nand regulations\nPerform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time\nTechnical Competencies and Skills\nKnowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Knowledge in MEPFS T&C, Knowledgable in Construction Codes and RegulationsEducation, Trainings and Licenses Required\nconstruction management experience and safety training, Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, Licensed Mechanical Engineer, Licensed Electrical
