Act as the Assistant Fire Brigade/Emergency Marshall.\n·Ensureallthefireprotectionsystemareproperlymaintainedandingoodworkingconditions(Fire& Jockey Pumps, FDAS, Fire Alarm Control Panel)\n·PreventexposureanddecreaseliabilityofPropertyManagement(Pro-Excel)andBU by adhering strictly to Company Safety Policy, Company Rules & Regulations.\n3.AssistPropertyManagerincomplyingwithallstatutoryandregulatoryrequirements.\n·AssistBuildingManagerinliaising,securingrenewalsofregulatoryandstatutorypermitsandlicenses as required by LGU and other Government Agencies.\n·MaybeassignedasaPollutionControlOfficer(PCO)inlieuoftheBuildingManager.\n·AssisttheBuildingManagerinpreparationandsubmissionof ComplianceMonitoringReport(CMR) and quarterly Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) as required by the DENR/LLDA.\n4.Overseeallengineeringandtechnicalconcernsoftheproject.\n·Review plans and prepares scope of work/terms of reference for various projects. Evaluate and reviewproposalsofthird-partycontractorsforBuildingManager’sendorsementtotheBU.\n·Evaluateandreviewdrawingsforminorconstruction/renovationsubmittedbyunitownersbasedon designandconstructionguidelines. Ensure that reviewed plansshouldbe evaluatedand returnedto the unit owners within the agreed turnaround time.\n·ConductTechnicalMeetingswithtenants/representativesandcontractors.\n·Monitortenant’sfit-outandconstructionworksandensurethatalldesignandconstruction guidelines are strictly followed.
