manage asset reliability, lifecycle planning, and operational efficiency.\nProvide technical oversight on water and wastewater process operations, recommend process improvements, and support troubleshooting of operational and treatment-related issues.\nManage technical projects, facility upgrades, civil works, and infrastructure improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.\nEnsure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements, including oversight or coordination of Pollution Control Officer (PCO) functions, and prepare technical reports and recommendations for management.\nTechnical Competencies and Skills\nMUST-HAVE: Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations and desalination systems operations\nFacilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M), preferably across multiple equipment and sites\nWater and wastewater process operations, process engineering, and technical troubleshooting\nPreventive and corrective maintenance management;
