This role is responsible for ensuring all inbound shipments are accurately received, inspected, and processed while maintaining a safe and organized receiving environment.\nThis role will report to the Warehouse Manager, working Thursday - Sunday 6:30am - 5:00pm\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nOperate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to unload incoming shipments from trucks and containers\nVerify shipment contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices for accuracy\nInspect incoming goods for damage, discrepancies, or defects and report issues to the appropriate team\nEnter received inventory into the warehouse management system (WMS) accurately and in a timely manner\nTransport received goods to designated storage locations using forklift and other powered industrial equipment\nStack, organize, and store palletized inventory safely and efficiently\nCommunicate with purchasing and procurement teams regarding shortages, overages, or damaged goods\nPerform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any equipment issues\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and warehouse area\nAssist with cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits\nCoordinate with shipping carriers for delivery scheduling and documentation\nAdhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies\nRequired skills and qualifications:\nValid forklift certification (sit-down counterbalance, reach truck, or stand-up) required\n1-2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment\nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills\nAbility to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents\nAbility to work Thursday - Sunday 6:30am - 5:00pm\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory record-keeping\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand/operate equipment for extended periods\nKnowledge of OSHA forklift safety standards and best practices\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nNice-to-Haves:\nExperience in air filter, HVAC, or related manufacturing/distribution industries\nFamiliarity with lean, 5S, and continuous improvement principles\nExperience interpreting and applying receiving regulations and carrier requirements\nThis job description is not all-encompassing; however, it is intended to be a general description of the responsibilities of this position.\nCompany Overview\nWe are a leading ecommerce company with a mission to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
