You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.\nFriday-Monday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM.\nResponsibilities:\nUnload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned areas.\nLoad outgoing materials and products.\nTransport raw materials to production/ shipping areas.\nMove materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and manufacturing areas as needed.\nIdentify and label materials and record their locations in the warehouse to maintain inventory.\nOperate forklifts and other equipment to move components or products.\nComply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.\nInspect machinery to determine the need for repairs\nClean machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work area.\nClean up warehouse floor (pallets, cardboard, plastic, etc.)\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nRequirements and skills:\nAbility to obtain certification to operate forklifts.\nValid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.\nA minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing setting.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nAttention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.\nMust be able to work independently with little guidance and stay on task.\nAbility to read, write, and follow instructions.\nExcellent time-management skills.\nAbility to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software.\nAdherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear).\nTeamwork and communication skills.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.\nExcellent dependability\nPhysical Requirements:\nFrequently required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel.\nOccasionally required to climb, balance, and crouch.\nFrequently required to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nRequired to maintain body balance while ascending or descending the forklift, and to maintain body equilibrium while bending at the waist or at the knees.\nAscending and/or descending from the forklift throughout the shift will be constant and routine.\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.\nThis job description is not all-encompassing; however, it is intended to be a general description of the responsibilities of this position.\nCompany Overview\nWe are a leading ecommerce company with a mission to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
