This position is responsible for setting up and operating production saw equipment to cut filter media and related materials to established specifications while maintaining our standards for quality, productivity, and safety.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSet up, adjust, and operate production saw equipment to cut filter media and related materials in accordance with production specifications\nReview work orders and production specifications to ensure materials are cut accurately and meet established requirements.\nProduce materials within established dimensional tolerances while maintaining Filterbuy's quality standards.\nMonitor equipment performance and make routine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.\nMaximize material utilization by minimizing scrap and waste during the cutting process.\nMaintain established production standards while ensuring the accuracy and quality of finished materials.\nIdentify equipment malfunctions, material defects, or production issues and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company safety standards.\nSupport other production operations as needed to meet business and production objectives\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing experience preferred.\nExperience operating production saw equipment or similar industrial machinery preferred.\nProficient in using tape measures and precision measuring instruments, including rulers and squares, to verify dimensions against production specifications.\nAbility to understand and accurately perform work in accordance with work orders, production specifications, and written work instructions.\nStrong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods (up to 8-10-hour shifts).\nAbility to occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry materials weighing up to 35 pounds.\n****The physical demands described here and representative of those
