(now part of Parker Hannifin), a global market-leading provider of filtration consumables that drives innovation and delivers solutions across a broad spectrum of applications and end-markets, with a focus on life sciences, indoor air quality and industrial technologies.\nMolecular Products, Inc is looking for a Quality Assurance Lab Specialist I based in Louisville/Denver area who is a U.S. Person.\nResponsibilities\nPerforms quality control tests following procedures including adsorbent performance using challenge gases, toxic gases.\nTracks and handles toxic gases in compliance with local laws and regulations, including the shipping and receiving of items.\nOperate GC’s and associated equipment for the physical properties (moisture content, particle size distribution, apparent density)\nMust be comfortable performing statistical data analysis, maintaining test control charts\nFollows process workflow and safety guidelines and protocols.\nAbility to complete basic preventive maintenance, equipment cleaning, work space cleaning, equipment calibration as required\nAbility to create lab scale sample generation.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and business practices including FDA (Food & Drug Administration) Regulations, GMP (Drug and Device Manufacturing Practices), and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Medical Device Quality System Requirements.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot product or production issues\nDevelop corrective actions, solutions and improvements when necessary.\nComfortable working in a lab environment.\nComputer skills are a must as well as detail oriented.\nFinal Product Release - review final product data for conformance to requirements.\nIncoming Inspection - sample and inspect incoming material for conformance to requirements\nManage Non-conforming material and deviations for assigned products.\nReports on product performance trends proactively.\nOther duties as assigned\nBenefits and Pay:\nSalary $60,000 - $65,000 \nFamily leave \nHealth and wellness benefits \nHealth insurance \nPaid Parental Leave\n401k with Company Matching \nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in science, chemistry, bio-chemistry, chemical engineering, related or equiv.
