Visa sponsorship is not available for the position**\nResponsibilities\nDiagnose and resolve automation failures.\nDesign and implement strategies that improve software programs, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems reliability.\nLead system -level initiatives, hardware, software, upgrades.\nMaintain a spare part of the equipment.\nAnalyze system data, identifying opportunities for improvement in equipment efficiency.\nMentor the Engineering team and Maintenance technicians in troubleshooting common failure modes.\nMaintain system documentation, including procedures, maintenance logs, and setup records.\nServe as a technical expert for complex technical issues.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, internal quality requirements, and industry regulations.\nCollaborate with vendors to improve parts availability.\nQualifications\n 5 Years of experience in manufacturing automation.\nProficiency in programming PLC’s (Siemens and AB), Fanuc robots, and servo control systems.\nHands-on experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and control failures.\nExtensive knowledge of reading machinery schematics.\nStrong problem-solving skills with automatic equipment.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.\nProgramming C++ experience is a plus.\n**This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
