We are a world leader in the ability to create true HEPA filters as well as gas phase filters with a differentiated ability and have partnered with several companies to produce OEM filter solutions for their products.\nResponsibilities\nHas the ability and proficiency to setup and operate machines.\nFollow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.\nProactively identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement solutions.\nMaintain accurate records of production, including quantities produced, machine settings and any issues encountered.\nAbility to perform work at process speed and/or standard rates.\nAdvises supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator.\nMaintains daily product and scrap records.\nPerforms miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Production Manager.\nKeeps work station and surrounding area clean.\nMaintain all assigned tools.\nAny other duties are required by management\nQualifications\nMust have 2 years of manufacturing experience at same location.\nMechanically inclined or ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment.\nPerform routine maintenance on machines including cleaning and lubricating machines.\nMust be willing to be cross trained on multiple roles.\nMust be able to read, write, and count.\nStrong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in production.\nGood hand eye coordination.
