In this hands-on role, you'll operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and work alongside a team committed to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nResponsibilities\nAbout the Role:\nPosition Summary:\nPrimary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:\nOperate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards.\nMonitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.\nPerform quality inspections and accurately document production results.\nFollow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.\nLoad raw materials and package finished products according to specifications.\nIdentify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervision.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nSkills and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.\nAbility to read and follow written instructions and production documentation.\nBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.\nDependable attendance and strong work ethic.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.\nAt Flow Dry, we value teamwork, continuous improvement, and promoting from within.
