# NPI Engineer

Filtronic is an award-winning company, designing and manufacturing world-leading RF, microwave and millimetre-wave (mmWave) solutions for demanding applications, principally across the space and defence sectors. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an NPI Engineer to join our high-performing Manufacturing Engineering team. Reporting to the Lead NPI Engineer, you will support the introduction of new RF and microwave products into manufacturing, helping ensure they can be produced efficiently, consistently and to the required quality standards. Working closely with colleagues across Engineering, Production, Test and Quality, you'll be involved in taking products from prototype through to production, helping resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing processes along the way. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience in NPI while working with advanced RF technologies and a talented team of engineers.
