This role will play a key part in ensuring contractual compliance, operational performance and stakeholder satisfaction across a complex PPP/PFI environment.\nKey Requirements\nExperience working within a PPP/PFI, NHS LIFT, Healthcare FM or similarly complex contractual environment.\nStrong understanding of facilities management, contractual compliance and operational performance management.\nExperience managing contractors, suppliers and stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.\nExcellent communication, report writing and stakeholder management skills.\nA proactive and solutions focused approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive outcomes.\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Operations Manager will support the operational oversight of a portfolio of healthcare assets, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and performance standards.\nYou will work closely with the FM partner & service providers, contractors, tenants and key stakeholders to monitor operational performance, manage contractual compliance and support the delivery of high quality facilities management services.\nThe role will involve undertaking regular site inspections, reviewing performance data, managing operational issues and ensuring that health and safety obligations are effectively discharged.\nYou will also support contractor management activities, monitor lifecycle and defect resolution programmes, contribute to governance and performance reporting, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement and enhanced asset performance.\nAbout You\nYou are an organised and commercially aware operational professional with experience working within PPP/PFI, NHS LIFT, healthcare estates, facilities management or similarly complex contract led environments.\nYou understand the importance of strong stakeholder relationships, contractual compliance and effective operational management in delivering successful outcomes.\nYou are a confident communicator who can build credibility with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage competing priorities. With a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, you are comfortable analysing performance information, resolving issues and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.\nResilient, professional and solutions focused, you enjoy working collaboratively and are passionate about delivering high standards of customer service and operational excellence.\nYou will ideally hold a qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Construction, Property or a related discipline, supported by practical experience in a contract led operational environment.
