To date, Toorak-funded projects have renovated or stabilized housing for 9,000+ families - averaging 500+ families every month. This is a rare opportunity to build mission-critical, cloud-based mortgage technology platforms that directly support one of the most respected players in the global mortgage finance industry.\n\nThe Mission : \n\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-stakes tech initiatives - across web applications, APIs, and operational platforms - from the first line of discovery to the final push to production. You're not a coordinator. You're the force that keeps engineering, product, and QA moving as one.\n\nWhat You'll Drive : \n\n- Architect and own the delivery rhythm - sprint planning, release cadences, and retrospective loops - with precision and intent.\n\n- Lead cross-functional squads through full-SDLC cycles : design, build, test, deploy, ship, repeat.\n\n- Operate as the risk radar - surface dependencies, call out blockers, and execute mitigation before the team feels the friction.\n\n- Translate technical complexity into sharp, audience-ready narratives - from engineering standups to C-suite briefings.\n\n- Own the metrics.
