Reports to COO, India\nKey Responsibilities\nWork closely with REPs and farm teams to ensure farm activities are executed according to approved Agronomy plans.\n\nSupervise the farm execution team and coordinate day-to-day field activities across assigned locations.\n\nCoordinate labour, machinery and other resource requirements in advance with the concerned teams.\n\nEnsure field readiness and monitor activities against approved plans and timelines.\n\nIdentify execution delays, resource constraints and field-level issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.\n\nCoordinate with Agronomy on technical requirements and communicate field observations requiring attention.\n\nMonitor planned versus actual execution and verify completion of assigned activities.\n\nEnsure timely submission of field updates, photographs and required execution records.\n\nCoordinate with the Farm Manager - Office Operations on resource mobilisation, documentation and reporting.\n\nDrive assigned activities through to completion and support Agri Operations in improving execution discipline across farms.\n\nCandidate Profile\nM.Sc/B.Sc.
