This broad-based internship offers practical exposure to the operations of an international impact asset manager and the opportunity to contribute across administrative and operational activities, Compliance, and/or Investment Management (IM). The role is designed for a student who wants to build a strong foundation in sustainable finance while learning how local and international teams collaborate to operate an investment platform and support investment-related activities in Brazil. English is the company’s working language but (Brazilian) Portuguese is required in the local context.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOffice Administration & Operations \nSupport the day-to-day coordination of the Brazil office, including document organization, meeting preparation, follow-up activities, and administrative processes. \nAssist with maintaining trackers, working files, records, and internal documentation in an accurate and well-organized manner. \nSupport coordination with internal teams and external service providers, as needed. \nHelp prepare presentations, meeting materials, summaries, and routine internal reports. \nComplianceAssist with the collection, organization, and review of documentation required for internal Compliance, governance, and control processes. \nSupport the maintenance of Compliance-related trackers, records, policies, procedures, and training materials.\nConduct basic research on regulatory, market, and sustainability-related topics under the guidance of the responsible team members. \nSupport the preparation of materials for internal discussions, committees, and follow-up actions. \nInvestment Management SupportAssist with market, sector, and company research relevant to investment activities in Brazil. \nSupport the preparation and maintenance of Excel-based analyses, presentations, and working files. \nHelp organize documentation and information used in investment assessment, due diligence, monitoring, and reporting processes. \nContribute to research on sustainable agriculture, sustainable food production, forestry and timber, eco-tourism, decarbonization, and other sustainable finance themes relevant to the Brazilian market.\nWhat we expect:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, International Relations, or a related field.
