If such a workplace intrigues you, we hope you’ll join us.\nAbout the role:\nReporting into the Sales Director, Western Canada, this B2B role involves building merchant relationships and partnering directly with the owners, finance managers and sales agents. This role will work on the Home Improvement portfolio and support conversations around demo-ing or training for our consumer financing platform.\nThe ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a team player with a positive attitude, and is a strong and personable communicator. You are comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, while holding yourself accountable for results. You thrive at building meaningful relationships with everyone you interact with.\nThis is a remote role and the Account Manager can work from anywhere within British Columbia.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDevelop, maintain and manage strong relationships with our business partners.\nUse expert product knowledge and sales consultation to increase partner activity.\nRegularly update and coach partners on the Financeit program and process.\nTeach businesses how to use our set of tools to position financing and offer monthly payments.\nDevelop and execute regular training and coaching sessions with small and midsize businesses.\nEnsure new employees at our merchants are fully trained on the Financeit platform.\nEnsure compliance to our approval and risk requirements.\nGrow volume with existing Partners, while getting new Partners ramped up and generating consistent volume.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience with hands-on direct sales and relationship management.\n1+ years of experience in Home Improvement or consumer lending.\nYou must be located in British Columbia.\nDemonstrated expertise in managing successful business-to-business sales and service relationships in an asset.\nYou know your way around a CRM, ideally Salesforce.\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills.\nAbility to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.\nStrong customer service and retail background are pluses.\nBenefits\nWinner of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, twice.
