We’re searching for passionate candidates looking to work with a great team of Developers, Front End Developers, Designers & Product Managers. With a mix of manual and automated testing techniques you’ll use industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies to ensure quality.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPerform upstream testing and analysis to prevent bugs from entering the product.\nReport, track, and manage defects, ensuring they are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure alignment on quality goals and requirement analysis. \nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior QA analysts, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of quality by being a user advocate within the team. \nContinuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. \nCreate and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. \nWork independently with minimal guidance to deliver high-quality testing outcomes. \nExecute end-to-end testing processes for integration, system, functional, and UAT testing. \nProvide clear test reports to Product Managers and QA Managers to keep the team updated on progress. \nCultivate the culture of ownership, shift left methodologies and radical feedback in scrum ceremonies. \nLeverage AI tools to accelerate test case creation, optimize testing workflows, and write automation scripts.\nLead the automation effort by creating and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools. \nRequirements\n5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing (ISTQB certification or equivalent is an asset\nProficient in test automation tools and frameworks, including Ruby (or another OOP language), RSpec, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-browser/mobile testing\nExperience of the software testing lifecycle (STLC) - specifically requirement analysis, gap analysis, test case creation, execution, and automation, and a solid understanding of the \"test pyramid.\"\nStrong background working within Agile/DevOps methodologies\nExperience partnering with developers-in-test, leading knowledge-sharing sessions, and communicating system flaws constructively\nA proactive, adaptable quick-learner who can manage complex projects and pivot easily when priorities shift\nAble to communicate effectively and constructively when identifying flaws in a system, process, or situation \nExperience collaborating with developers-in-test to design, implement, and maintain automation test scripts.\nBenefits\nWinner of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, twice.
