If such a workplace intrigues you, we hope you’ll join us.\nAbout the role:\nWith a focus on driving sales volume in a defined territory, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for working with existing accounts and hunting and qualifying new prospects.\nThis B2B role involves dealing directly with the owners, finance managers and sales teams of Home Improvement and Home Services businesses looking to use our consumer financing platform and programs.\nTo be successful in this new role, you must welcome challenges and be a driven performer motivated by exceeding targets. You are a seasoned hunter comfortable with cold calling, and you understand that once the deal is closed, the heavy lifting has just begun.\nThe Regional Sales Manager will be expected to focus up to 50% of their efforts in the field.\nWhat you’ll do:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with our business partners, helping them succeed with Financeit.\nUse your product expertise and consultative approach to drive partner engagement and sales growth.\nCoach and support partners on Financeit’s program, tools, and best practices.\nTrain businesses on how to position financing and offer flexible monthly payments to their customers.\nLead regular training and coaching sessions with small and mid-sized businesses to help them level up.\nMake sure new employees at partner locations are fully trained and confident using the Financeit platform.\nEnsure all activity meets our approval and risk standards.\nGrow volume with existing partners while ramping up new ones to achieve consistent results.\nCollaborate closely with our Merchant Approval, Activation, and Engagement teams to create a smooth partner experience.\nTravel as needed to visit dealers, attend tradeshows, offsites, and other events.\nRequirements\nAt least 5 years of experience with B2B hands-on direct sales and relationship management.\nExperience in consumer financing, SaaS, or home improvement will be considered a strong asset.\nExperience using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills.\nAbility to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.\nYou must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.\nYou must be located in Calgary, Alberta.\nWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time.\nBenefits\nCertified as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures twice, we offer more than just the basics.
