You will focus on one of two key areas: reaching out to merchants to drive sign-ups, or engaging with borrowers to offer Financeit credit or insurance on their loans. You will be provided warm leads, no prospecting necessary!\nWith an ambitious expansion strategy ahead, we seek proactive, entrepreneurial-minded professionals to propel us towards our next phase of growth!\nThis is a fully remote, commission-based role within Canada, offered as an ongoing contract starting with a one-year term.\nWhat you’ll do:\nInitiate and maintain contact with merchants or borrowers to identify new opportunities. \nSet and strive to achieve targets, contributing to the company's growth plan.\nCollaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment.\nActively seek coaching and guidance from peers and managers to enhance sales techniques and performance.\nOperate with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to finding solutions to challenges as they arise.\nApply strong business acumen to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.\nMaintain high integrity and ensure the delivery of the right solutions to the right clients consistently.\nUtilize CRM tools to manage and track the sales pipeline effectively.\nRequirements\nIdeally, 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record. However, recent graduates with a passion for sales will also be considered.\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, and able to learn new technologies quickly.\nExperience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM (such as Salesforce, Hubspot etc)\nDesire to work on a competitive, target-driven business sales team.\nHighly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills.\nStrong written and oral business communication skills.\nBenefits\nWinner of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for two consecutive years.
