Collaborating with a Virtual Team of technical and business experts, you’ll lead the creation of solution visions that are innovative, practical, and aligned with our strategic principles.\nWhat you’ll do\nTranslate business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions.\n\nLead multi-disciplinary teams through ideation and solution development.\n\nDevelop solution visions and high-level designs that balance innovation, feasibility, and value.\n\nCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with design intent.\n\nEngage with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure shared understanding and buy-in.\n\nPresent solutions to governance forums with clarity and confidence.\n\nWhat we’re looking for as a minimum criterion\nExperience designing solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem\n\nStrong understanding of application development, integration, and cloud platforms.\n\nSkilled in producing solution documentation, including solution visions and high-level designs.\n\nEvidence of excellent communication and facilitation skills - you are recognised for leading discussions with business and technology stakeholders and can translate technical to non-technical stakeholders\n\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
