If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!\nSchedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (2nd shift)\nOvertime is scheduled as needed, and could require coming in earlier, staying later, and working weekend shifts during high-volume production cycles.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperation of various digital printing equipment/machinery.\nQuality control of all printed output.\nEfficient operation of digital printing equipment, continuous and cutsheet. \nEfficient operation of cutter equipment, Hunkler cutter and Champion guillotine. \nAccurate accountability of all materials used and all printed output.\nClear communication of any issues to Supervisor or Manager.\nConsistent communication with Mail Services team to meet Service Level Agreements.\nAttention to detail is an absolute must for the accurate and quality printing of multiple jobs on multiple printers.\nPrint Operators are required to maintain an organized and clean workspace.\nA team player mindset is essential for success in this position. Will frequently work closely with other Print Operators, other Operations teams, Management, and the Client Service team.\nConsistently follow and practice all policies, procedures, and safety protocols.\nIn addition to the regular schedule, additional hours (overtime) will be required on an as needed basis to support business operations. This may include working a longer daily schedule or working on weekends. By accepting this position, it is with the understanding that you will be available to work on the weekends, unless there is a medically documented restriction in accordance with federal, state or local law. \nRequirements\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.\n1+ years of printer operation experience preferred.\nStrong organization, time-management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skills required.\nMust work well in a team-setting.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nRegularly required to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch while operating printers. Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision required by this job include close, distant, and peripheral vision, and focus adjustments. Will use a hand truck, carts, and pallet jacks to push and pull materials.
