This position is responsible for ensuring quality specifications are being met in a fast-paced mail production environment. Our ideal candidate has an eye for precision and shows strong attention to detail.\nFull-time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm.\nOvertime is scheduled as needed, and could require coming in earlier, staying later, and working weekend shifts during high-volume production cycles.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n Perform initial check and approval sign-off of new jobs using an internal checklist. \n Perform random and frequent quality control checks on work in progress throughout shift.\n Research and resolve discrepancies with missing mail pieces, postage over rings and inaccurate piece counts.\n Accurately log disposition of any postage errors for reconciliation purposes.\n Confirm that work order packages have necessary documentation completed prior to the reconciliation process.\n Identify and recommend improvements to procedures and processes.\n Assist Client Services and Accounting departments with questions or issues relating to specific work orders.\n Process mail piece fixes daily by replacing damaged statements with reprinted statements.\n Communicate all issues to QA Supervisor in a timely manner.\nAssist the Mail Services team with production as needed or requested\nIn addition to regualar schedule, additional hours (overtime) will be required on an as needed basis to support business operations. This may include working a longer daily schedule or working on weekends. By accepting this position, it is with the understanding that you will be available to work on the weekends, unless there is a medically documented restriction in accordance with federal, state or local law.\nRequirements\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS\n High School Diploma or equivalent required. \n Strong time management, attention to detail and organization skills. \n Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment is Preferred. \n Prior experience that required focus on searching for and resolving errors quickly is a plus. \n PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nRegularly required to sit, talk, and hear. Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
