Our technology powers mission-critical solutions across Lending, Payments and Universal Banking, supporting over 7,000 customers, including 80% of the world’s top 50 banks, in more than 110 countries. \nAI Solutions Architect\nReporting into: Director of Architecture & Standards\nLocation:\nWhat will you contribute?\nAs part of the Architecture & Standards team in Finastra’s AI COE, the AI Solutions Architect provides the technical blueprints and standards necessary to keep the AI initiatives stable.\nResponsibilities & Deliverables\nYour deliverables as an AI Solutions Architect will include, but are not limited to, the following:\nDesign and develop comprehensive technical architectures for AI solutions that align with enterprise standards and business objectives\nCreate and maintain architectural blueprints, patterns, and frameworks for AI implementations across the organization\nEstablish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI initiatives\nEvaluate and recommend AI technologies, platforms, and tools that support scalable and sustainable solutions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture specifications\nConduct architecture reviews and provide guidance to ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards\nDocument architectural decisions, design patterns, and technical specifications for AI projects\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across AI initiatives\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on architectural principles and standards\nStay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to continuously improve architectural approaches\nLeverage AI-driven insights and trusted data to enhance productivity, optimise workflows, and enable faster, higher-quality business decisions while applying sound human judgement and adapting to evolving capabilities.\nRequired Experience\nStrong background in solution architecture with focus on AI/ML technologies and platforms\nProven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions\nDeep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern architecture patterns\nExpertise in establishing technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices\nExperience with data architecture, integration patterns, and API design\nStrong knowledge of security, compliance, and privacy considerations in AI implementations\nDemonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions\nExcellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences\nExperience working in cross-functional teams and influencing technical direction\nTrack record of delivering stable, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions\nWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
