Upon completion, this role is expected to transition to the standalone Universal Banking business, creating opportunities to support its future growth and success.\nAbout the Role\nFinastra is looking for an experienced Lead Experience Designer to help shape the future of banking experiences across our Universal Banking portfolio.\nThis role sits at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, domain expertise and modern technology. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering and Architecture teams, you will transform complex banking workflows into intuitive, effective and engaging experiences for banks and their customers.\nYou will be responsible for influencing the experience direction across multiple banking domains, helping to establish consistency, usability and design excellence while supporting the evolution towards AI-enabled and composable banking platforms.\nThis is an opportunity to work on some of the most complex and impactful challenges in financial services, covering lending, payments, deposits, cash management, liquidity, commercial banking, corporate banking and future platform capabilities.\nWhy This Role Matters\nBanking is becoming increasingly digital, intelligent and interconnected.
