The role requires deep expertise in microservices architecture, infrastructure & 3rd party components and multi-cloud platforms and services.\nThe candidate will drive end-to-end technical initiatives from initiation through deployment and adoption. The candidate will participate in implementing the technical strategy, solution definition, planning, coordination, tracking, governance, and delivery execution.\nThe role combines technical leadership, program management, and product thinking to ensure successful business outcomes.\nThe candidate will work closely with product owners, engineering teams, architects, customers, and adopters to shape technical direction, integration strategy and implementation planning.\nThis role will report into the org of Director-Technical Product Management.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine technical strategy and architecture in alignment with the Technology roadmap for payments platforms and modernization initiatives.\nOwn strategic technical initiatives from concept through deployment, adoption, and business outcomes.\nLead technical solution design, migration and transformation initiatives across payments platforms and infrastructure.\nLead technical assessments, facilitate architecture decisions, technology evaluations, AI solution integration and migration strategies.\nReview solutions & designs and emphasize on the performance , scalability, resiliency, security, and operational testing and readiness as a product stakeholder .\nDrive planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, architecture, operations, and customer teams.\nWork with the Program Management teams and define milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.\nPartner with customers and adopters to define requirements, rollout plans, and adoption strategies.\nAlign business objectives, technical direction, and delivery outcomes. Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.\nProduct & Program Leadership Experience\n15+ years of experience leading large cross-functional programs from initiation, delivery, implementation and business value feedback for product.\nProven track record of product management accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated success in planning and end-to-end execution of initiatives.\nExperience managing dependencies, stakeholders, and executive communications.\nAbility to balance business priorities, technical decisions, and customer adoption goals.\nExperience working with global teams, executive leadership, and customer engagements.\nFunctional Skills\nStrong Payments and Banking domain experience.\nKnowledge of payment processing platforms.\nTechnical Skills\nEnterprise platform modernization, cloud-native platforms, and microservices architecture.\nAbility to evaluate technology options and define long-term architecture roadmaps.\nJava, Spring Boot. Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Kafka, MQ , Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki.
