This includes coordinating resources and efforts of consultants and/or third-party contractors in order todeliver projects according to plan or apply strong change control management as required. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. At all times establish and maintain good working relationships with the client and reinforce the Finastra reputation. The Project Manager is also financially responsible on projects they manage\nThe Lead Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the projects are executed in line with all contractual obligations to the client in a professional, cost-effective and timely manner, ensuring that Finastra achieves (or improves upon) the planned financial return from the project\nKey Responsibilities\nYour deliverables as a Lead Project Manager will include, but are not limited to, the following:\nProduce, maintain mechanism\nManages project end toprojectplans\nEnsure project is delivered within scope, budget, on schedule \nEstablish project governanceend adhering to Finastra PM methodology\nManage project staff and resources, Effective reporting through regular project status reports, adhoc reports as appropriate\nDirect project from beginning to end. Define goals and support in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.\nEffective communicate with project stakeholders and team members\nIdentify and resolve conflicts within project team\nIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical path\nRequirements and Qualifications\n7+ years of end-to-end Project Management experience \nFluent in Arabic; native-level proficiency is highly preferred\nExperience must be with customer-facing projects and not internal to the organization \nCandidates must be fluent in Arabic; native-level proficiency is highly preferred\nExperience in both theoretical and practical aspects of project management\nExperience with project management techniques and tools\nCustomer driven and have the ability towork within a team environment\nDirect work experience in a project management capacity.
