You work closely with Product Managers, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure that product features are delivered efficiently and aligned to business priorities.\nAt this level, the focus is on:\n Execution ownership (backlog + sprint delivery)\nRequirement clarity and feature delivery\n Stakeholder collaboration (not leadership)\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Product Backlog Ownership (Core BP2 Expectation)\nOwn and manage the product backlog for assigned modules/features\nPrioritize backlog items based on business value and guidance from Product Management\nEnsure backlog items are refined, estimated, and sprint-ready .\nMaintain backlog transparency with stakeholders\n2. Requirement Analysis & Story Definition\nAnalyse requirements and translate them into:User stories\nAcceptance criteria\nFunctional specifications\n\nGather and document functional, system, and data requirements\nDecompose high-level requirements into detailed, actionable backlog items\n3. Agile Execution Responsibility\nActively participate in Agile ceremonies:Sprint Planning\nDaily Stand-ups\nSprint Reviews\nRetrospectives\n\nProvide ongoing clarification to development teams\nEnsure sprint deliverables meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)\n4. Stakeholder Collaboration\nAct as a key interface between development teams and stakeholders\nWork with:Product Managers (for prioritization guidance)\nImplementation consultants\nCustomer-facing teams\n\nSupport demos and feedback sessions with stakeholders\n5.
