Our technology powers mission-critical solutions across Lending, Payments and Universal Banking, supporting over 7,000 customers, including 80% of the world’s top 50 banks, in more than 110 countries.\nWhat will you contribute?We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and processes for Flow, Finastra’s Agentic AI platform.\nResponsibilities & Deliverables\nFocused on server-side application logic, data access patterns (APIs, databases, integrations), performance, scalability, and ensuring robust, maintainable backend services.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code using Python/C#/.NET.\nImplement features, fix bugs, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.\nMaintain and improve codebases and create technical specifications.\nFocus on implementing APIs, services, and backend processes for enterprise applications.\nCollaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.\nImplement unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExpert in python, C#/.NET and OOP fundamentals\nSolid understanding of databases\nHands-on experience with container development and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes\nFamiliarity with Git and GitHub for version control\nExperience with Development on Azure\nUnderstanding of common software design patterns\nExperience integrating with LLMs and ML systems\nExperience implementing API endpoints\nOriented programing and familiarity with SOLID principles.\nImplementing Unit Tests\nWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
