The focus is on improving employee experience, increasing operational efficiency, and reducing manual effort across Enterprise IT services\nKey Responsibilities\nAI & Copilot Enablement\nPartner with AI-COE to implement and operationalize enterprise AI initiatives.\nDesign, build, and maintain AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.\nIdentify opportunities to improve employee experience through AI-driven solutions.\nDrive adoption of AI and intelligent automation capabilities across Enterprise IT.\nAgent Development & Automation\nCreate and maintain AI agents supporting services such as:\nEmployee Onboarding\nEmployee Offboarding\nDevice Lifecycle Management\nSoftware Requests\nAccess Requests\nKnowledge Management\nEmployee Self-Service\nEnterprise IT Support Services\nDevelop and enhance Copilot agents and custom AI experiences.\nAutomate high-volume, repetitive operational processes.\nDesign workflows that reduce manual intervention and improve service delivery.\nBot First Service Delivery\nHelp establish a Bot First operating model across Enterprise IT.\nDesign self-service experiences that prioritize AI-powered interactions and automation before escalation to support teams.\nImprove request fulfillment speed, consistency, and user satisfaction.\nMeasure and continuously improve automation effectiveness and adoption.\nProcess & Workflow Automation\nAutomate end-to-end processes across Enterprise IT platforms and services.\nIntegrate automation solutions with enterprise systems and workflows.\nEliminate manual tasks through orchestration and intelligent automation.\nSupport modernization of service delivery and operational processes.\nKnowledge & AI Readiness\nPartner with SMEs and service owners to ensure knowledge articles are accurate, complete, and AI-ready.\nImprove knowledge quality and usability for AI agents.\nIdentify process and documentation gaps that impact automation effectiveness.\nEstablish standards supporting successful AI adoption.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nWork closely with AI-COE, Enterprise IT teams, Service Management, and business stakeholders.\nGather requirements, prioritize opportunities, and deliver automation solutions.\nPromote best practices for AI, automation, and self-service adoption.\nAct as a trusted advisor on automation and AI capabilities.\nQualifications\nRequired\n5-7+ years of experience in automation, platform engineering, digital workplace technologies, or enterprise applications.\nExperience designing and implementing automation solutions within enterprise environments.\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar automation platforms.\nExperience integrating enterprise applications and services using APIs and workflow automation.\nStrong understanding of IT service delivery and service management processes.\nAbility to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPreferred\nExperience building AI agents, virtual assistants, or conversational AI solutions.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments and adoption.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow and enterprise collaboration platforms.\nExperience supporting Enterprise IT, Digital Workplace, or End User Computing environments.\nExperience with AI governance, prompt engineering, or responsible AI practices.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn your first year, you will:\nDeliver production-ready AI agents supporting core Enterprise IT services.\nIncrease automation and self-service adoption across key workflows.\nImprove knowledge readiness and AI effectiveness.\nReduce manual fulfillment effort through intelligent automation.\nEstablish yourself as a trusted technology partner for AI-COE and Enterprise IT teams.\nHelp shape the future of AI-driven service delivery within the organization.\nWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
